How do affiliate marketers pay taxes?
I know everybody has to pay taxes and affiliate marketers are no exception. So, how do they do it?

When you sign up as an affiliate you give your tax id number or social security number. The companies that pay affiliates are required to report their income and payouts to the IRS. It’s like any other business. Save a portion to pay taxes or hire a really good account and tax strategist to help you not pay taxes legally.

Where are the best places to look for online affiliate marketers?
Currently working for a company in Birmingham developing their sales strategy.
I’m considering routes to market for a fantastic software product that’s got some great clients already, but needs to find a larger-scale way of finding new customers.

It’s a software-as-a-service product which I think could work well for affiliate online marketing. But I’ve never used this approach myself before, does anyone have any tips for appointing affiliate marketers, any directories they can recommend, people they’ve used successfully before etc.?

As an affiliate manager I can tell you that there are many ways to find affiliates.

First of all you must target your research to affiliates that deal with the products you are trying to promote.

Once you have targeted your niche you can do:

      1. Web intelligence: You can use several tools as whois.com or aboutus.com to find the owner of the affiliate site

      2. Massive Recruitment: You can go to different forums and promote your affiliate program. (READ the rules of each forums they might ban you if you don’t follow them)

To recruit affiliates you need to have an organized system that will track, aid’s, orders, click’s and all the stats that you will need to clarify the affiliates status.

If your company has an online store they surely have a tracking system, you should ask.

      Good Luck

How can I find other info/affiliate marketers to partner with?
I’d like to find other, relatively new, internet marketers to partner with so we can help each other grow our businesses. Maybe you know some resources to find such people. Specific blog or forum recommendations are appreciated.

How much average salary that affiliate marketers can get for a month?
I’m wondering, can affiliate marketers provide more income than regular office workers on these days.. Thanks in advanced. ;)

Your personal profit might be $50 a month. The problem is that most of the “affiliate marketing networks” charge a monthly fee that eats up all of your profit. Most people make far less than $50 in gross income. There are too many people all selling the same products online.

Is it best to sign up for many affiliate marketers?
Okay, I definitely want to have Google Adsense. But on other websites I see they have links for “affiliate marketing” at the bottom of webpages. Can I put one of their ads on one of my webpages? And then on another one of my webpages have a different ad from a different affiliate marketer? Or do you have to put up several ads from each affiliate marketer?
    Thanks!
    :)

I don’t understand why you would want to put one of their ads on to your site. All you would be doing is driving traffic away from your site and sending it to them. They would make money and not you.

Why not become an affiliate yourself and earn yourself extra money?

It’s easy to do and doesn’t have to cost you anything. All you need to do is promote products that are related to the site you have.

You can get lots of information about affiliate marketing, how to find an affiliate program, how to get traffic to your site and lots more from
