To get started with Avon costs $10 which is the cost of the kit that you should receive at the time of the appointment. It is best to find a serious rep that is willing to help you get started, that way you have the help and support of someone that is doing what you are doing.
The end of summer is a typically slower time for sales due to vacations and getting kids ready for school. A slower economy is a selling plus as Avon Products are comparable to national/mall brands,. at a fraction of the price.

I’d love to start selling again. I tried last year and failed but would like to start again.
I think it’s great you want to get your Avon Business going again! It’s not that you “failed” last time you just didn’t have a clear plan on how to achieve your goals.
When getting started this time set some realistic short term and long term goals. Write them down and include your plan of how you’re going to attain your goals. Post them somewhere you can see them every day. Make yourself a weekly schedule of things you want to get accomplished and hold yourself accountable.
Tonight sit down and make a list of at least 50 people you know who you can give brochures to. Also think about who of these people would be able to bennefit from the Avon Opportunity and who could be potential Helpers by sharing the brochure and helping deliver orders.
When you get logged into your account make sure you take advantage of available training and learn as much as you can. If you have questions search for the answer on your own – it will help you. If you cannot locate the answer don’t be afraid to ask your upline and always ask where you can locate the answer yourself. I’d recommend signing with an Leadership Representative vs. the District Manager, only because the DMs are very busy and you’ll be able to have more one-on-one support with a Leadership Rep.

I’m about to starting selling avon how much money will I put into getting started?
How much is it to get started selling? Do you have to buy your brochures?
Yes, there is a charge. I was going to start with Avon and had a meeting set up, however I changed my mind when she told me I’d have to give her $20.00 right there, and then you have to buy all your books. It was too much of a loss then a gain IMO, unless you have a lot of people who are willing to buy from you.
