How do you find people that want to help you sell products? work at home?
I have been trying to find people who want to sell (various) products, but it seems like it has been a big waste of time. I haven’t had much luck. I was placing ads, but mostly have been getting curious people & not really people who are serious & ready to start. It doesn’t cost anything to start selling & they automatically get their money when they sell. The products are of good quality & inexpensive. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong…
Is there some place online where I can find people who seriously want to work at home?

Selling make up is a hard thing to do. Think about it- you make one sale with Sally Sue and she doesn’t need to buy make up for another year or so, and what did you make? A couple hundred dollars? That means you have to make a hundred sales a year, in this economy?

Why not get in with a company that sells natural every day products, and they sell make up too. You do not have to peddle products, and you do not have to pester people about bounced checks.

      Just a thought.

What is the name of a legitimate work at home business that is not selling products?

A “legitimate” home business is going to include some degree of referring, promoting, marketing, or selling a product or service — if there is no tangible product or service included in the opportunity, it’s likely a scheme.

Sounds like you may be looking for a work at home JOB rather than a BUSINESS. There are opportunities to work at home doing freelance work, customer service, transcription, etc. that do not involve selling.
